His voice has powered campaigns for leading brands such as MTN, Airtel, CBN, and WHO, establishing him as one of the most trusted and versatile voices in the field.

Driven by a deep passion for storytelling and talent development, Temitope leads TOS FANY with a commitment to creativity, excellence, and innovation. Through the TOS FANY Voiceover Academy, he mentors emerging voice talents, empowering them to master their craft and build successful careers. OLUSHOLA TEMITOPE

Temitope Olushola is the Managing Director of TOS FANY, bringing a wealth of experience in telecommunications, media, and customer relationship management. With a solid background in business management and regulatory operations, she has successfully worked with leading organizations such as VAS2Nets Technologies, Globacom and MTN, where she contributed to strategic growth, client engagement, and content development. Her strong technical acumen and understanding of telecom infrastructure enable her to drive innovation and operational excellence within TOS FANY.

As a result-oriented leader, Olushola is known for her strategic planning, analytical insight, and commitment to performance excellence. Her diverse experience—spanning voiceover, marketing, and client relations—perfectly aligns with TOS FANY’s vision of delivering top-tier media, production, and brand solutions. Fluent in English, Yoruba, and Hausa, she leads with empathy and precision, ensuring the company maintains its reputation for creativity, quality, and impact in the ever-evolving media industry.

KOLAWOLE FAYEMI

Dr. Kola Fayemi serves as the Company Secretary of TOS FANY, bringing a distinguished background in law, governance, and regulatory compliance. A graduate of Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, he holds an LL.M from the University of Lagos and a Ph.D. in Energy Law from the University of Ibadan. Dr. Fayemi also earned a Certificate in Management from Lincoln University of Business and Management, Dubai, and a Diploma in Innovation Management from the International Business Management Institute, Berlin. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (Lagos Island Chapter), a Certified Compliance Officer (CCO™), and a Fellow of both the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and the Global Academy of Finance and Management (FGAFM™).

With extensive leadership experience across multinational technology and telecommunications organizations—including Gateway Communications, Mahindra Comviva, Vodacom Business Africa, INQ Digital Group, and Smile Communications—Dr. Fayemi has developed strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory affairs, and legal strategy. His purpose-driven approach to law reflects his passion for using it as a tool for social transformation. At TOS FANY, he ensures that the company maintains the highest standards of ethical practice, compliance, and institutional integrity, aligning its operations with excellence and social impact.

BOB ANUSIKE

Bob Anosike (CIBN) serves as the Finance Executive at TOS FANY, bringing extensive experience in both corporate and investment banking. A respected member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Bob has built a strong career in financial management, investment strategy, and retail banking operations. His background in high-level corporate finance and his strategic approach to resource optimization enable TOS FANY to maintain financial integrity, sustainability, and growth across its media and brand operations.

TAIWO ADEBAYO

Taiwo Adebayo serves as the Creative Head of TOS FANY, bringing exceptional expertise in filmmaking, cinematography, photography, and content creation. A dynamic storyteller, Taiwo has built a strong reputation for translating ideas into compelling visual experiences across film, television, and digital media. With a portfolio that includes directing, producing, and editing projects such as Abiku, Three Is Not a Crowd, and Cut and Sew, he has proven his ability to merge artistic vision with technical precision to deliver cinematic excellence.

As a multilingual creative professional fluent in English, French, Yoruba, and Pidgin, Taiwo leads TOS FANY’s creative team with innovation and versatility. He has collaborated on numerous corporate and social projects, including productions for Africa Magic Hausa, BCP TV, and the Nigeria Police Force Film Challenge, where he was a selected participant. Through his leadership, TOS FANY continues to elevate brand storytelling, ensuring each production embodies originality, professionalism, and emotional impact.
